We were honoured to partner with Michael Blackson to unveil this new space at the Michael Blackson Academy. A longtime friend and supporter, Blackson founded the free, open-access school in Nsaba, Ghana to create a place where young people can build confidence, develop perseverance, and experience the power of community.
The unveiling was a celebration of that vision in action. We heard from inspiring students whose stories reflect the impact of the academy, alongside remarks from Blackson himself. The day also included a joyful moment as Masai Ujiri and Blackson danced and celebrated with the youth—capturing the spirit of connection, pride, and possibility that defines this community.
