We hosted our first-ever all-female coaches’ clinic at the University of Ghana through our Women’s Empowerment program, bringing together 30 outstanding coaches to elevate their game and lead the next generation.
Since 2003, we’ve travelled the African continent hosting basketball camps for boys and girls. Each of these camps is led by NBA personnel and local coaches who not only conduct basketball training but also life skills lessons to all participants.
The impact of our camps extends beyond basketball, as many players have not only gone on to achieve success in the sport at the local, national and professional level, but also pursued other career paths, such as becoming doctors, engineers, entrepreneurs, and more. Our goal is to inspire these young people to DREAM BIG, and to equip them with the skills and mindset they need to achieve success in all aspects of their lives.
