The first ever Giants of Africa Alumni Reunion took place in Las Vegas during the NBA Summer League.
In celebration of our 20th anniversary, we brought together youth from 16 different countries for the inaugural Giants of Africa Festival in Kigali, Rwanda. It was a remarkable week-long celebration of basketball, culture, education and entertainment, that will forever be in our hearts!
Our goal is to inspire youth from the African diaspora with programs focused on empowerment and leadership, both on and off the court.
Giants of Africa travels the African continent conducting basketball camps for boys and girls, building courts, and facilitating outreach initiatives to empower youth throughout Africa.

The second 'AfriCAN: Advancing Africa Together' was held at the Globe and Mail Centre in Toronto. Special guests, Didier Drogba and Jamad Fiin, took the stage to share their inspiring stories and aspirations for the future of Africa.
